In Search of Harmony

Counselling and behaviour support can be extremely valuable when dealing with specific relationship dynamics, and for developing a deeper and more expanded connection to our own truth. Lynne Paull-McLeod Counselling

Lynne chose to enter the counselling and behaviour support profession due to her love of people and her desire to connect authentically with others.

Her curiosity as to why we react to other people’s behaviours in ways that are often detrimental to the relationship rather than allowing for more enriching life experiences has led to much study, research, and self-reflection.

Having experienced challenges in relationship with others earlier in her life, Lynne sought sessions with psychotherapists. However, after a lengthy period of attending weekly sessions, she realised that this was not getting to the core of her dilemmas and that she was in fact seeking a deeper understanding of what was underneath these dynamics.

It wasn’t until she discovered the teachings on the wisdom of the body as a pathway to explaining our behaviours that she gained a profound level of clarity and settlement. She then began to develop an awareness of the very subtle, and at times not so subtle, communication from the body that is constantly offering us a deeper truth.

Lynne now has the privilege of supporting others who are also seeking inner healing and a healthier way of relating. She has had vast experience with helping people to connect with and understand their own innate truth about their life situations.
